How do I return an item?

Returns:

You may return most new, unused items in resalable condition* purchased from Home Products n� More for a full refund. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as insuring the package against loss or damage in transit, unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Pre-recorded media such as CDs, DVDs, LPs game & computer software are not eligible for return. Please note, we will only refund the cost of the product. We cannot refund any shipping charges you may have paid for expedited shipping on your order. All shipments that are refused will be refunded LESS the shipping charges.

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error will receive up to a 50% refund. Before sending any item back for return, please contact us for an RMA (Returned Material Authorization) number. You must have an RMA number to insure that you will receive credit when we receive your item back.

Shipping:

All products will be shipped within 3 to 4 business days of order placement, except where noted on the product description page AND with exception of our custom manufactured products, such as address plaques. Our products ship from different locations via different shipping methods. If you have questions about shipping or delivery time for specific products, please contact us.

We offer free shipping on some of our products; however, this offer is only applicable if you live within the contiguous United States ( lower 48 states). We do not ship outside the contiguous United States ( lower 48 states).

We may occasionally be out of stock on a particular item. If you have already placed an order for an item that is out of stock, we will attempt to notify you as soon as we become aware of that product shortage.

Standard Overnight, 2-Day & Express 3-Day Saver Shipments Notice

Express shipments may take longer than expected, particularly during the holidays. Please understand that weather and the time of day your order is placed can have an effect on when you actually receive your order.

shipments will take 1-3 business days for delivery

2-Day
shipments will take 2-4 business days for delivery

Express 3-Day Saver
shipments will take 3-5 business days for delivery
