I tried to order on line and had a question regarding the direction of the handle. So, I called the phone number given and ordered over the phone. The person that handled this transaction was Ellen Bell. Ellen answered my question and then agreed to handle the transaction. She was efficient, knowledgeable, and extremely courteous. I found the entire procedure to be professionally handled. After thanking Ellen for making it so easy, I received an e-mail informing me that the item was shipped on Friday. On Monday morning it arrived by mail. Today, Tuesday, I installed the handle with very little trouble(most of the time a 10 minute project takes 2 hours) and am now enjoying a beautiful handle on my storm door. I could not be happier with your company and it's products. If the need arises, for another product, I am sure I will be dealing with you once again. Thank you very much. Ron Snack, Pequannock, NJ
