The Lockey 2835 keyless lever spring latch with passage function allows the lock to be unlocked during the day and locked at night. To open from the outside when locked, simply enter the combination and push down on the lever. To exit, just push down on the lever and open the door. The door can be opened from inside at any time. To enable the passage function, enter the combination and hit the 'Y' button and the lock will remain in the passage mode until you enter the 'Y' button again to lock the door.

The 2835 is recommended for single prep doors (doors with only one pre-drilled hole on the face of the door). This is a medium duty lock which is built to last, it also has a Marine Grade finish which makes it a perfect solution for saltwater environments. It is also easily changed from right hand to left hand doors in a matter of a few moments.

If you are replacing an existing lock, you will be glad to know that this lock can cover an existing 2-1/8" hole left by your old lock. With the trim plate, it covers a 2-1/2" wide x 6-1/2" surface area.

Mechanical keyless locks let you truly forget about needing a key to open your own door. Because you do not need a key to open the lock, they are great for businesses with a high employee turnover because you do not have to have a locksmith change your lock nor do you have to re-cut keys. With a mechanical push button lock, if you want to change the combination, you can do it yourself. They are also nice for interior doors in situations where you do not want a child to enter a certain room, or even a cabinet. Because mechanical push button door locks do not have any batteries, you never have to worry about needing a key to get into your house if the battery dies.
