If you can find a lower price on an identical product at a competitor's website (including their shipping charges to your location), send us an e-mail containing the URL of the competitor's product and your "ship to" City, State & zip code. We will either beat the competitor's price, or give you a coupon code good for 5% off of a future purchase at Home Products 'N' More.
Fine Print
No one likes fine print, so we'll try to keep it to a minimum. To receive the above guarantee, we do have a few rules.
- Price guarantee only applies to new, "in the box", identical items, this means the exact same make & model number or product code ( size, color, etc. ). The product codes must match, we will not price match based on identical photographs or images of the product.
- If product is in a package quantity, the package quantities of our product & the competitor's must match in addition to the product code. Example: we won't match give you the same price for a package of 4 when our competition is offering a package of 2 for the same price.
- Other promotions we may be offering do not apply to price guarantee. You may not redeem a coupon code to knock dollars off of a product's price we meet or beat.
- If we normally give away a free item with the product you are comparing, the free product will not be included if we meet or beat the competitor's price, UNLESS the competitor's pricing also includes the exact same free item.
- The product must be in brand new and in stock at the competing dealer.
- The competing dealer must be authorized in the United States for the brand. By this, we require that the manufacturer lists the competing dealer as an authorized and official retail web site for their product. If you are unsure if you are dealing with an authorized retailer, contact the manufacturer & ask them. We will also check with the manufacturer. Setting up a fake website & listing the product you wish to buy at a lower price than ours will not qualify for our price guarantee.
- The competing retailer's principle business must reside within the United States.
- We will not match prices found at consignment or auction sites (E-Bay, etc.).
- We will not match price on products that are no longer in production, end of runs, irregulars, obsolete, damaged or refurbished merchandise.
- We will not sell below our cost. While we want to give you the best prices for the product you are buying, we still need to make a profit to stay in business. If you find someone who will sell it to you for below their cost, please buy from them.
